Abby, the love you have for this team can be seen from miles away. It’s so refreshing to see one of my favorite players truly care so deeply for my favorite club. Your dedication and grit are two qualities I admire most about you and are seen every time you step on the pitch wearing this badge. I was ecstatic when you joined the Pride in 2018 and I’m excited to watch you grow both as a player and a person in your career. It’s upsetting we won’t get to see you take the field this year, but you have a very bright future ahead of you and I cannot wait to see it unfold. It was so fun watching you play last season. Although it was a difficult season for the team, you proved that you belong here for how hard you worked through that time. That’s why I have no doubt you guys will get through this as well. I can’t imagine what you’re going through and all we can offer right now as fans is our love and support. Last year, you were one of my favorite players to watch. Unfortunately, there won’t be a chance for that this season, but we’re all supporting you and the team through whatever continues to come your way. Your effort and love for the team doesn’t go unnoticed by the fans. We can all tell how much you love representing the Orlando Pride and the love you have for your teammates. My favourite memory of you is that game where you played against the Thorns in Portland. You were so badass and passionate the whole time you were playing.
